These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at saastreats.com (the “Site”), including all tools, content, plugins, courses, and services provided by SaasTreats (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
By visiting the Site, using any of our free tools, downloading our plugins, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All content on SaasTreats.com — including but not limited to written articles, statistics posts, guides, reviews, tool interfaces, plugin code (Pro versions), graphics, logos, design elements, and course materials — is the intellectual property of SaasTreats and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
What you may do:
- Quote short passages from our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the source page
- Share links to our content on social media or in your own content
- Use our free tools for personal or commercial purposes as intended
- Use our free (GPL-licensed) WordPress plugin in accordance with the GPL license terms
What you may not do without written permission:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our articles, guides, or statistics in full
- Scrape, copy, or repackage our tool interfaces, templates, or course content
- Rebrand or white-label our Pro plugin or tools and redistribute them
- Use our logo, brand name, or trade dress in ways that imply affiliation or endorsement

Use of Free Tools
SaasTreats.com provides a suite of free marketing tools including (but not limited to) affiliate commission calculators, UTM builders, schema generators, and content outline generators. These tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.
All free tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SaasTreats.com makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of tool outputs.
Important: SaasTreats.com is not liable for any decisions — financial, commercial, or otherwise — made based on the output of our free tools. Tool outputs are provided for informational and estimation purposes only. Always verify important calculations independently before acting on them.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free tool at any time without notice or liability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.

Plugin License Terms
SaasTreats.com develops and distributes WordPress plugins. Different license terms apply to the free and Pro versions.
Free Version
GPL Open Source License
- Distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later
- Free to use, modify, and redistribute under GPL terms
- Available on WordPress.org plugin repository
- Support provided via WordPress.org forums on a best-efforts basis
- No SLA or guaranteed response times
GPL v2+
Pro Version
Commercial License
- Single-site license: one WordPress installation
- Multi-site license: up to 5 WordPress installations
- Agency license: unlimited client sites
- No redistribution, resale, or white-labelling permitted
- License tied to purchaser — non-transferable without written consent
Commercial License
Pro plugin licenses include 12 months of updates and support from date of purchase. Renewal is optional. The plugin continues to function after license expiry, but updates and support will cease until the license is renewed.

Affiliate Disclaimer
SaasTreats.com participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This income supports the development and maintenance of our free tools and content.
Our editorial ratings, reviews, and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships. We apply the same scoring methodology to all tools, regardless of whether we earn a commission from them.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaasTreats.com and its founders, employees, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Financial decisions, investments, tool purchases, or business strategies made based on content, reviews, or tool outputs published on SaasTreats.com.
Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use this Site, its tools, or its content.
Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any content published on the Site, including statistics, pricing information, feature descriptions, or recommendations.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed USD $100 (one hundred US dollars).

Agency services, DFY packages, and commercial contracts entered through our Dubai office are subject to UAE Federal laws and Dubai jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GDPR Compliance
Users in the EU, EEA, and Georgia retain rights under GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy. GDPR rights are honoured regardless of the governing law applicable to commercial disputes.

For users outside India and the UAE, the laws of India (Maharashtra) govern use of the Site and any disputes arising from it.
