SaasTreats.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by SaasTreats, headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, with offices in Dubai (UAE) and Tbilisi (Georgia). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use saastreats.com, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
This policy applies to all pages, tools, forms, email subscriptions, and services operated under the saastreats.com domain. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to — those sites have their own privacy policies.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@saastreats.com with your name, email address, and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

International Data Transfers
SaasTreats.com is operated from India, with team members in UAE and Georgia. Your data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions depending on the services involved.
- India (HQ): Primary processing location. Subject to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
- UAE (Dubai): Business development operations. UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law applies.
- Georgia (Tbilisi): Content and research team. As an EU candidate country, Georgia applies GDPR-equivalent standards.
- United States: Third-party tools including Google Analytics, ConvertKit, and affiliate networks process data in the US.
Where data is transferred to third countries (including the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions where available.

Children's Privacy
SaasTreats.com is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 years of age.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 16, please contact us immediately at privacy@saastreats.com and we will delete the data promptly.
